My only issue was finding the location, as of 3/15/2024 they were on the second floor in 204. The lady who helped me made it quick and easy.

I went in about 130pm, walked in to one person working the entire lab. Waiting about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was in for a newborn heel sticks (mind you, this lab is one floor above the birth center) and the tech covering (she mentioned this was not her normal lab) could not find the droplet cards. Was told I needed to go to the other lab in the hospital (I do not use this hospital) and the directions given sent me to the inpatient lab which i could not use. Finally a tech took pity on me, as i was and am very frustrated, and walked me to the outpatient lab that will hopefully have the correct stuff needed.

Went in on September 8th to drop a same off for my mom, took forever to be acknowledged than treated so rudely afterwards about I needed my mom's info when it was clearly in their computer system then told their was no Dr order and needed to get it luckily the Dr was on the third floor of the same medical building, when I came back down still treated badly and still told their was no Dr order they had to look for it and that their was a balance if not paid they couldn't do anything well what's the point of assistance if it's not applied to help patients on limited income. I've been in customer service for awhile and I know you don't think a patient as badly as I was treated. LabCorp needs to hire more people with a heart not heartless workers.
