I had an appointment this morning at 8:15. I made the appointment via their website. I was a little surprised when the it showed the appointment was in a different location than the main location. I thought maybe the second location was open . I was there early. Surprise, surprise. The computer hadn't been updated. I went immediately to the main location. I was still early. I explained to the person about the situation. He told me to sit down and wait. The appointment was useless. I showed him proof of the appointment. Not interested. So I had to wait my turn. There were a lot of people there. I waited 40 minutes. Even people who came after me went before I was seen. I believe the person did not like my asking about the situation so made sure I had a long wait . Wasn't my fault the computer wasn't updated. So my advice, don't bother with appointments, just go, be prepared to wait and expect surly service.
