So rude for medical services. I waited right outside for my husband due to limited capacity. He recently received a prosthetic leg. Apparently he lost his balance and fell. A lady came out and acted as if I brought a completely helpless person to fend for themselves. Things happen no need to shame people. We left and went to BFMC. I would never trust them with someone I cared about

I was hesitant to visit due to the high number of bad reviews. However, I had a good experience. I recommend making an appointment (which is easy to do on their website) because the place was crowded. I made an appointment to be seen at 8:30. I checked in online at 8:10 and received a text 4 minutes later stating they were ready to see me. I had to sit a few minutes in the waiting area, but I was back in my car by 8:34. Staff was nice and I received my results the very next morning.
