Wilshire location- I made an appointment ahead of time as suggested. The office was very clean, the staff (of 1) was friendly, and efficient. I was able to get in quickly and ahead of schedule. My kind of place.

No notation on “Find Locations” for this address for this that this location is appointment only — and no notation on door plate outside office on 5th floor. But despite this and apparently empty clinic they refused to take me. Very very annoyed and frustrated. When I asked why this information wasn’t on door plate, the answer by the very bored woman was”Yeah, my supervisor is working on that.” I’ll bet.
