Had a lab order from psychiatrist to get blood work, had an appointment and the file on phone. They said that they can't print the file and that they need a paper copy only after waiting for the appointment they knew nothing about. How we gotta go to the UPS across town 😡

Completely incompetent and money grubbing. I went in for a blood test, and everything went fine. I went in for a different blood test a few months later, and they accidentally redid the first blood test instead of doing the second one. I called them and left a message saying they made a mistake and asked them could we do the right test and not charge me for the wrong one? They responded by sending me a bill for $200 for the wrong test. I had my doctor call them to explain they made a mistake. They responded by turning me over to collections for not paying $200 for the wrong blood test. Im still trying to get it resolved months later. I might need to take them to court over it.
The right blood test was never done.

Nice guy, but they close from 11 to 1 for lunch, which is different from what is listed on the website (1130-1230),and the scheduling email i was sent just said hours 8 to 330. I showed up just before 1130 and they couldn't see me. Now I have to go back again tomorrow, missing my lunch break once more. It would be nice if the information was more consistent between the platforms. Oh and their lunch hours on their front door say 12pm to 1.
