Waited 20 minutes for them to return from lunch. Went in for a walk in and it's for now by appointment only. Lady at desk hands me a paper with 3 ways to schedule. Next couple both needing labs asks the same question "it's by appointment only?". I walk outside to call for an appointment, walk back inside and the lady at the desk is registering the couple for a walk in appointment. I stand off to the side and she tells them to have a seat and she will call them soon. I went to the desk and said, handed her the pen and said I'll never be back.
The last time I was in there I got verbally attacked by a customer because her husband was waiting long before I got there and they called me first. This place did nothing about this ladies attack on me even after I told here to leave me alone, I have PTSD and anxiety and she was increasing my anxiety.
Yeah I been on the phone with doctors and insurance today to find a different lab. I will not return to labcore.
