I had the most amazing nurse that was there with me through triage and the delivery of my daughter. Her name is Julia and I will never forget her. She made it the most amazing, comfortable experience. Catered to everything without me ever having to ask, allowed me to labor in whatever position I wanted and worked around the monitors with a never ending great attitude. I have never felt so cared for in my life. Blessed to have had her for such a monumental point in my life, she was an absolute angel and I hope she’s recognized for her amazing work. The only reason why it is 4 stars is because of the care I received after her shift was over. I wouldn’t say it was bad but I did not care for the pediatrician and over night nurse that came after Julia’s shift. It was a lot more stressful experience and I was ready to go home.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Most nurses were very rude and short to my daughter and her husband. First baby and she is 24. Not knowledgeable on how many people can be there. Anesthesiologist and nurse who was training him were too busy talking about personal life while she could feel the pain coming back during c-section. Postpartum experience was bad. Most nurses once again very rude. There's no reason to be rude. It's already a frightening experience for the mom. Understand you are short staffed but that's no excuse to treat someone like that. Check your options before you pick Kaiser Permanente

I had the most wonderful experience here. I had my first baby at a different hospital (not through Kaiser) And I had a pretty traumatic experience. We got pregnant with our second and the whole time I was so scared about delivery. When I got to the hospital, I was very open about my past experience, and everyone was super understanding and wanted to make sure that didn't happen again. We had great communication, and they didn't push me to do anything I didn't want to. I ended up having such a great delivery, and I couldn't have been more grateful for my nurse and OB.

Postpartum staff could be more friendlier though. But I would definitely recommend this location
