I read the review on this office and I really upset because one comment said there is bad customer service and you must wait until you die or retire. This is completly wrong , I entered to the office at 8:45 and I finished at 8:55am, the customer service is very helpful, the only complain about this office is the limited parking space but the customer service is really amazing.

Called their office today (10-5-2020) to see if my continuing studies courses had all posted and to check on changing my address. I can't remember the ladies name I talked to but she was extremely helpful. She had to check on one of my questions but said she would get back to me in 5 minutes, and she called me right back with the information. I have dealt with this branch before and they are always very professional and courteous.
