Without a doubt, or even a close second, Lacy Modern Dentistry has been the worst dental experience of my life. Dr. Vargas seems to have stopped giving a damn about her profession and doesn't care about her patients or the quality of her work. The rest of the staff is hit or miss. Some of them are fantastic, others have nothing but attitude and no clue what they are doing. A complete lack of care for the patient is what I have experienced from day one. If I wasn't in the middle of a treatment plan I wouldn't go back. Avoid unless you have no other option, even if it's an emergency you are better off waiting, I know I wish I had.
Edit- The reason for two stars instead of zero is the three dental assistants, out of the many who have worked on my teeth, that actually seemed to care about the work they did.
This was an amazing experience all around! Lacey Modern Dentistry is the only place I trust because it's not just one good experience, every time I come in, from the front desk to anyone I've interacted with they will treat you well and it is the best care hands down! From start to finish! There are multiple times I would rate it a 5-star experience! This is truly a place I would recommend my relatives and loved ones to because I'm confident they would be well taken care of here! You have to see for yourself! If I could add Dr. Kim recommended a Serve Day where they helped me with some gum care I was neglecting and it was something they didn't have to do but it felt better after. Christina was amazing and helped me understand things better! So much good advice and did care about comfort and it was just super care! It's always a great experience with Dr. Kim, would recommend her highly! Oh and Alyssa at the front desk is always cool to interact with and helps clarify things and is just good to folks all around!
