Let me begin with saying I am very happy and pleased with the amount of empathy, service, and flexibility that I have been blessed with for a time that was so hard (and still is difficult) for my husband and I. We came here from Lacey Public Storage on Marvin and Martin. We left because they infested our unit SEVERAL times with rats. We had no food in the unit or anything. If you’re looking to go there don’t. We lost thousands of dollars of inventory and priceless memories we will never get back. We had THEIR insurance and they only cover up to $250 w/ a $100 deductible for insurance. So, as you imagine I said to them a big FLY (insert the bad word here) over the moon 🌙 for that!
Anyways, let me get back to this wonderful establishment and its crew. 🫶🏼 When we first moved in Phoenix is whom we met and he was just wonderful from then till now. Vouched for us when I lost both of my grandmas that passed within exactly two months to the day of one another. We were behind and struggling to be current. I have had not much time to grieve as you can imagine, but he assured us all would be okay and we worked together and figured it out and are back to normal 👍🫶🏼
Anyways, to keep this short and sweet. Please store your things here. They care here more than any other storage in this area!
The security is impeccable, everything has codes, cameras are clear everywhere, and everything and everywhere is clean. Down to the coded bathroom 💯!
