I'm not sure if this location's hiring process is a joke, but this store does nothing for the brand. Aside from it being closed at random times, the management is rude. This is not the customer service you get from the Woodbridge location. If you are going to be rude, at least have a decent selection of items, this visit was a waste. At least the Ralph Lauren was near. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Ashley was outstanding her customer service skills are unmatched. Very professional and polite. She went out her way to make sure my points were logged to my account, which previous customer service representative didn't do. If I can give 6 stars I would.

One thing I’ve noticed between this location , that differ from the others is the nonexistent customer service . I live in Leesburg, which has their own Lacoste outlet & the customer service is top notch . Being African I have to be honest, I don’t expect any form of decent customer service from a store if I notice that the staff is predominantly black , it’s a trend I’ve noticed . No one says hello, no one is eager to help so unfortunately I’ve never mad a purchase at this location . I’ve actually stopped going inside . But I was able to get the nice summer shorts they had on sale at the Leesburg location because the kind gentleman actually went to check in the back & I purchased more than I originally planned. But going forward they either need to bring in a whole new staff & do an overhaul or get user to declining sales . Some people are not meant for customer service & it’s okay .
