Terrible service! Will be writting a letter to corporate head quarters. When i requested a gift box for an item i purchased they said they could not give it to me, even when i offer to pay for it. The manager of this location should be ashamed. I would never do business with them again!

The employees here are really bad, excepts for the security guard. No one really wanted to help me understand the different items that are on sell. It seemed that they are not interested in supporting customers.

Cool place to go shopping in Union Square. This Square is unique in the USA. Levis and Lacoste stores are perhaps the most outstanding. As you enter, just take a look at splendid colors around. Color and designs are the keys. Even if the concept has been changing in this new millennium. Undoubtedly Lacoste is one of my lifetime Brands!
