I had a wonderful experience working with LaDoux’s in Omak. I bought a new washing machine and they delivered, and installed it the following day. They said they would arrive between 11:00-2:00pm. They were here at 11:05 and gone by 11:30. I’m very pleased.

They delivered a washer. Then 2 weeks later I bought a dryer from them. Delivered today. Here's my complaint. They refused to hook up the dryer. I asked. It would have taken less than 5 minutes. I had to go to hardware store, buy tools, figure out how to remove power cord from old dryer and attach it to new dryer. Now it is probably not a big deal, but it was to me. Where is the customer service?

When I was putting a new stereo system and subwoofer in my car, they were helpful in quickly allocating all of the parts I needed and for a good price. Sure, you’ll probably pay a little less at a big retail store, but you’ll spend a lot more time dealing with someone who isn’t as knowledgeable as the folks at LaDoux’s. Overall very friendly and great service. 10/10 would go again
