I had a great experience with Deniro. I needed some last minute cleaning and they handled it with so much professionalism. I was in meetings almost the whole time and Deniro took care of everything with minimal involvement from me. 5 out of 5!

I had a HORRIBLE, horrible experience here. Very unprofessional and rude. He asked me to pay full price if I wanted to reschedule, even though I paid deposit. Also, while waiting for the cleaning job to be done, there was 15 minutes I couldn't check my phone. But during that time, he called me, my friend and concierge threatening to call police and sue me for not wanting to pay. It was absolutely stressful experience. I would NOT recommend. And they forgot to clean some cupboards. This was supposed to be move-out deep cleaning.
