Went there to get window screens done. They told me the wrong instructions for measuring TWICE, then I gave them an original to make an exact copy of, and they omitted the window screen latches, which means the screens are useless. I called about this and they put me on hold and then hung up! I would give them one star for customer service with window screens. I'm giving 2 stars in this review, because they have other items available and other representatives who have been friendly.

Great service and a wide selection of stuff. This place has been around for a long time, and they really do specialize in providing great service. They are often crowded, and they have only limited parking; so you may need to be patient. I have done multiple internet orders where I paid ahead of time, and then just picked up my stuff. Once I required a refund, and they did it unusually quickly -- it showed up at my bank within a couple of hours.

Always have what I need. And the old school Tootsie Rolls near the register are always a plus.
