I stayed here in September 2021. Such a mistake! The place was not clean - which is especially disturbing in this time of COVID. Upon entering the room, I found random strange hairs in the bathtub. I immediately requested a thorough cleaning and mopping. While they did send someone to clean the tub, they never mopped the floor. I soon learned that I could not walk around barefoot as the bottoms of my feet were disgustingly black. Upon realizing how gross the floor was, I again requested that the floor be mopped but they never complied. In fact, I was there for six days, they never once came it to clean the room. We emptied the garbage and changed the towels ourselves. When I mentioned this to the General Manager, she was quite unapologetic and nonplussed. The front desk staff was quite pleasant, but they said they could not assist because it was up to the nasty GM to rectify the situation.
In addition, my room was on the Bluebird Canyon side of the hotel. The first morning I realized that the garbage bins were directly under my room when I was awoken by the carting service emptying the bins. This occurred every morning, except Sunday morning, like clockwork at 7:30 am. Again, the GM was not sympathetic to the morning cacophony,
I strongly suggest that you stay at one of the many other nearby hotels!!
