Called on August 18th as my unit would not turn on. Serviceman showed up on August 20th and said unit needed 4 pounds of Freon. 2 hours later bill was $820. Came home on Saturday and turned on unit and woke up in middle of the night hot. Unit turned off again with same symptoms. Scheduled service return for Tuesday, September 8th in morning but nobody showed up and found out when I called at 3pm. Rescheduled for first thing this morning and its 2:30pm and still no one showed up. Called the office and they couldn't tell me when he will arrive. REALLY??????? I would probably not recommend this company.
