Bob Lain does an excellent job in providing carpet cleaning services and explaining to the customer how he plans to approach the job and what he saw as he was cleaning. He is very thorough in his work and a true professional. We have been clients for 5 years and trust Bob to do the best for us and provide us insights into the life and condition of our carpeting. We have no plans to work with other vendors - Lain's is a great firm to have our work done by.

Wow! We are so happy with Lain’s Carpet Care! We recently had carpeting, luxury vinyl flooring, 2 sofas, shower tile and even area rugs cleaned and we could not be more pleased. My husband and I have lived in Shasta County for almost 50 years and without a doubt this has been our best carpet cleaning experience ever. Bob Lain is a hardworking professional who obviously takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Bob and Lain’s Carpet Care.

Bob has been my go-to carpet guy for several years now! He does a fantastic job on my personal residence, rentals, and for many of my clients. Nobody even comes close for the price and quality of job. He's always on time, a fantastic communicator, and is very efficient with his work!
