I had an urgent issue with my engine that made it so I couldn't drive. I called Friday and got in and out on the same day while other places were booked for at least a week. They were very nice and helpful at an affordable price. Thank you for everything!

My daughter was involved in a car accident today…she’s a student at EWU. Lake City was this moms saving grace. We live in Kitsap County - west side of the state - I called Lake City, and was fortunate to speak with Casey. I explained the situation as I was trying to decide if I needed to head East tonight - the VERY FIRST thing Casey asked was if my daughter was okay. In that moment I knew we were in trusted hands. My daughter was able to drive her car straight there for a safety inspection. Upon her arrival the first thing Casey asked her was if she was okay. Luckily all involved are okay - the car is drivable - and I will tell EVERY person in that area about Lake City as many times as I can. Thank you Casey and shop for taking care of my most precious cargo. You guys are a blessing.

I am from out of state and my back brakes went bad on my minivan. Lake City Automotive were able to get me in right away and replace the back brakes, rotors and calipers. Very professional and friendly!!
