(THIS IS NOT PUBLIC CAMPING) I am a Park Ranger at Lake Connor Park, and frequently have misinformed people from all over the country and some even from internationally, coming here for public camping. I hate turning people away at dusk to wonder around the north cascades for a place to camp, but this is a sort of gated community. In other news... This is such a wonderful opportunity, for RV goers, and outdoor recreationalists. The lake is beautiful and stocked with fish, there is private river access with a beautiful large recreational area, two very large heated pools, three large biuldings to host events, play grounds, trails, a dog park, lots of bath houses. This is a beautiful RV park, probably one of the best in the country. Being that it is 300 acres of beautiful evergreen rainforest and old growth ceders. We pride ourselves in preserving the beautiful land that we are honored to benefit from, and it shows. Come in and say hi!
