They're expensive, but that's to be expected in a small rural grocery store. They do have good produce sales, but overall this is an emergency, need bread and milk, don't want to drive to the larger store kind of place. Imitation crab made my family sick once, so just stick to the basics here.

The produce dept is great fresh! Thus store has a variety if brand names, this store is expensive! I bought a. Jug if chicken broth and it was 3.80 something cents.But if your looking for a quick trip to pick up something you ran out of and need , it works.I would not bring my shopping list to this store.

I really like Katherine food store. They have a lot of niche items and good stuff that I can't find anywhere else (like the good cheddar brats). They are quick and I'm out the door.
Not overcrowded like chain places. Nice, sweet staff.
