Clean park but let’s be honest the value is not there 80 a night for any rv park anywhere is a rip off in my opinion. This is a parking lot with a pond and trees in the middle of a city. Lot size is okay park is clean staff is nice. But the value is a 3/5 in my opinion.

We loved everything about this park. Stayed for about a week for access to Seattle medical. Loved the tranquil and friendly environment with the large pond and feathered friends around. Great trails around the whole park and it felt very safe. We used laundry and it was great. We made the mistake of taking the time to try to find quarters but the machines take bills. Tons of food options around and Safeway is also right around the way. Cozy place to set up shop for a while 👍

My wife and I love this RV Park in Bothell, WA. The grounds crew keeps the place looking great, and all of the office gals are super friendly and helpful. It’s hard to believe that this park is in the city because it is surrounded by evergreen trees. The park has roughly 230 spaces and it is extremely safe. It’s really nice that the paved road in the park is a full mile to walk around. It is also close to the Sammamish and Burk-Gilman trail for walking, jogging and bicycle rides. You’ll find nice everything you want or need near the park, from restaurants to, several Home Depots, several Costcos, and loads of places to shop. We are full time RVers, and this park is by far the best RV Park in the area. 5 stars!!!
