The gym equipment is old and unorganized. And it’s sort of became a daycare for middle and high school students. Not enough room for people who really need to work out and are on a 9-5 work schedule.

Great gym, lost over 40lbs since starting here. Great selection of equipment. Mellow low key neighborhood atmosphere type gym. Men's locker room can get a bit crowded certain times of day with bathroom selfies going on, that's my only gripe. Other gyms in the area can't compare to this one in terms of equipment, quality, and price. I've checked. It's a good choice.

Very nice equipment and vibe... perfect for early morning old guys, like me.... staff is friendly
