I've been a loyal customer of Ronald's Plumbing for the past decade, and they've always provided excellent service, whether it's a simple toilet repair, water heater replacement, or leak detection and repair. Recently, I had a significant septic system repair done by them in Lake Stevens. This involved laying over 200 ft. of new line, a hefty task indeed. I once came across a sign at an auto repair shop that read: 'You can have it 1 - Fast, 2 - Inexpensive, 3 - Right. PICK TWO OF THE THREE CHOICES.' This has perfectly summed up my experiences with Ronald's Plumbing. When I've had the luxury of time and it wasn't a crisis, I chose the Inexpensive and Right options. Today, however, I needed it Fast and Right. When a septic system breaks down, there's no time for bargain hunting. You need it fixed correctly and swiftly, and that's exactly what they provided. They arrived at 8:30 am, equipped with excavators and a team of three plumbers, including Justin, Braxton, and Marc. They quickly identified the issue, excavated over 210', brought in two truckloads of gravel and all the necessary pipe, made the repair, and laid the new line. They backfilled with gravel, filled the trenches with topsoil, and managed to get the health department inspector on-site not once, but three times. By 4:30 pm, they had leveled the yard out as best as possible. This repair was neither easy nor cheap, but it was crucial, and their dedication to completing it in a day was what reassured me of their excellent service. Justin and Marc were fantastic to work with. They thoroughly explained all the plumbing repairs they planned to carry out and were meticulous about it. Their professionalism and knowledge about plumbing were impressive. I'd gladly welcome Justin and Marc back to my home in Lake Stevens anytime.

I've been intending to write this review for quite some time now. Justin, Braxton, and Marc replaced my water heater last fall, and the superior quality of their work has kept reminding me to pen down this review. I had discussions and received quotes from various other plumbing services in Lake Stevens, but the variance in costs and contrasting advice I received was utterly confusing. The exceptional team of Justin, Braxton, and Marc offered top-notch, professional service. They patiently answered all my inquiries and provided logical explanations, which was surprisingly hard to come across during my search. Also, their charges were quite reasonable. It was effortless to work with them, and at no point did I feel like I was dealing with pushy salespeople. They were highly respectful of my time and maintained excellent communication throughout. Since the installation, I've not encountered a single issue with my water heater. I can't recommend their service highly enough. It's not just about the plumbing; it's about the whole experience.
