I am legally blind I went in there to get prescriptions filled that another doctor wrote and The one prescription never changes the doctor changed it I can't see with the prescription description the lenses are blurry and they had little to no desire to wanna do anything other than adjustments I understand they cannot change the prescription that the doctor wrote they could have offered to give me my money back need back because it does no good if all I see is blurry except for one little tiny part of the lens I finally just said I'll take the glasses and throw them away when I get home I would not recommend anyone going there and and I will be calling VSP and letting them know of the experience also because now I have to take the glasses go the glasses go to another doctor get the maid right so it was a total waste of time and money

Dr. Hong is very knowledgeable, kind, and takes her time explaining everything that is going on with your eyes. I had a great experience with my aunt, and now see her for my eye health.
