Dr. Susan Kim is friendly, efficient, courteous, thorough, conscientious and knowledgeable, all in all, a lovely person. I've been a patient of hers for decades and always leave her office feeling extremely lucky that she is my dermatologist. Those on her staff are always helpful, patient and kind.

The service at Lake Washington Dermatology is not bad - nothing that would lend me to write a review one way or another. I really had no complaints until I received my bill. A follow-up appointment, of less than 5 minutes to check in on a laser procedure (which had already been paid for in cash), was $125. That works out to a bill rate of over $1500 an hour, which seems a little exorbitant.
