Nice campground. Lovely lake. Bring quarters for the shower ($1.25 gets you 7 min of hot water). Bathrooms are decently clean. Firewood is $7 a bundle. Not a ton of privacy and some mosquitoes. Setting makes it worth it. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the lake. Lake was too cold to swim in for us. Friendly camp host.

Beautiful fall colors. Campsites are clean and most are pretty large. Do pay attention to the size needed for your rig and get bigger than you need as a lot of the pull through sites are difficult to pull out of due to the angle and large trees. You may have to back out to leave

A very well maintained and comfortable site for car camping with groups and family. The sites are swept, have bark chip and paths are also wide and landscaped. It's easy for those new to camping, has good cell signal, is relatively close to stores and a few diners and has plenty to do like hiking, fishing, birdwatching, canoeing and swimming when warm. Wood is available for sale (bring cash) and showers too (bring a bag of quarters). I prefer the loop of 1 to 149 myself.. More vegetation and a bit more privacy. Many kids enjoy cycling around the large campsite loops, so bring bicycles if this sounds like your family.
