Water is always running unless you turn it off. As a plus, they say they do not fluoride their water. Some people don't like that. Really? Worried about their childrens' teeth. If you are worried about your kids' teeth, make them brush after every meal. Even in the summer my water bill is only around $50. I still use more than one water filter!

This is the worst water district ever . My mother is disabled and lives on her ss only . So she is late on her bill due to covid and all I asked them if they can assist her to do payments they refused and insisted to receive full payment even though they knew her situation . They did not care a bit . So they are going to shut off her water for her and her kid . Where is the humanity I guess it dies not exist any more 😕

Been to two different restaurants in Fedetal way where the Water in not drinkable. The server recommended that we don't drink it. I also live in East Federal Way and we have to filter out water.
