If you don't like it but a can of raid your not going to find anything cheaper without a roommate you have your own room and access to a bathroom why don't some of you that have construction ability for cleaning at least do or ask them if they need help or volunteering for that it is at least 1780.00 a month to live at other studio styled rooms it can even be as high as 4080 at motel 6s in West Oakland I would at least try to find a rent available place with other multiple roommates who are at least of sound mind the San Pablo hotel is gone located on San pablo

Great place for veterans to move in and get back on thier feet if they choose to brave the bay area housing market. Great staff, great neighborhood, nice and quiet, beautiful lake merrit is right out the front door, downtown Oakland is right out the back, four blocks from bart, literally ground zero to the best parts of Oakland, walk to the Fox theater, or hang out at the first friday's, close to Jack London Square, cool places to eat in any direction when you head out the front door

This building is not well managed. There are CONSTANTLY people outside and next to the building harassing people walking nearby.
DO NOT walk past this building if you are female as you will be cat called or worse. Don't expect the building management to do anything about it either. Seen people there EVERYDAY for a month even after complaining to management.
Police are called to this building constantly. Stay away for your safety
