I found this clinic off ZocDoc and I regret ever coming to it. What an awful experience. The nurse complained about having to fill in my medical history chart since I was a new patient. Overall, she was nice enough though. Dr. Reid was just so rude, I couldn't believe it. She started out very chipper and polite talking about her son and travel experiences, I was pleased and high hopes I had finally found a good doctor to make my GP. But WOW her mood turned sour the moment I had any questions about medication she wanted to put me on. Even my asking ANY question about whether it was right for me set her off. Halfway through the appointment she said, "I think we're not a good fit". I was surprised completely. I mentioned that she still hadn't given attention the actual reason I was there and she said she didn't have time but would examine me anyways. She proceeded to press my stomach (My injury was on my leg) and then put me on medication I adamantly DID NOT want to be on. She spent the entire appointment discussing something I was not there for and had no interest in tending to that day. When she left the room, I asked a nurse what I was supposed to do about the issues I came for and she said that Dr Reid told her, "she can wait if she wants but I have other patients, I don't have time". She was so unprofessionally rude and did not speak to me again, though I was willing to wait. I paid $200 upfront before my appt and checked in with the front desk before I left to make sure no additional charges had accrued. I was assured there weren't. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for an extra $94! I was told to schedule a follow-up appointment and did. I was very sick the day of appt and missed it, I was prepared to pay the cancellation fee and reschedule (with a different doctor). Then, just a few days ago, I received a certified letter from Dr. Reid stating I was terminated as a patient from the ENTIRE clinic. There was no explanation or reasoning in the letter. I called the office and was told I had to call the business office. I did, left a message and have yet to receive a call back. This is one of the most unprofessional offices I've seen to date. Thank goodness they have a pleasant front desk staff, at the very least. I will continue attempting to get a hold of someone at the business office and trying to find out why I was terminated from the entire clinic and why I was charged almost $100 extra considered the doctor did absolutely nothing of help or relation to my actual visit. It's too bad this doctor taints the clinic, I'm sure the other doctors are much better. I'll never know since I was randomly terminated..

My family has been a customer since last 9 yrs. After Evergreen Health purchased this clinic, service has become horrible. The reps on phone are rude and they call you for unnecessary visits so they can bill you. My wife was asked to setup a virtual appointment to discuss blood work with the nurse, 3 mths after the blood test. They won't refill per medication without it. This is the first time they asked for appointment (charging us) to discuss report over phone

I have been seeing the same doctor at this clinic for many years and couldn't be any more happier. The down side to this clinic is there customer service/ scheduling department. They're rude and like to talk over you when asking questions. When I called back to speak with a manager about said treatment "she was not at her desk" but the gentleman on phone could help me as well. After stating my frustrations he began to "school" me on the practices and procedures of there office. I have been in customer service all my career and have never treated anyone this way and NEVER plan to. Again doctor is great, 5 Stars for sure but watch out for the customer service/ scheduling department they only get 2 stars.
