This is a great local hardware store. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large inventory of plumbing and electrical equipment and supplies. They have sporting goods. Their prices are reasonable. They are linked to the nation wide chain. They have good specials and can order things if they don't have them.

They have a little bit of everything and most of the time are very helpful. BUT Today I went in to price out the cost of a job and got brushed off by someone who told me they didn't want to do it - no apologies zip. I let the clerk know I was taking my admittedly small business to Home Depot in Klamath Falls and why and left irate. Not how you want your customers to leave. Dropped the ball there, Ace.

Great customer service. Every time. Makes shopping local an easy choice. Always have what you need, never out of stock, and when its time to check out, they are always quick to ask for more help up front to get you on your way. There are some other businesses in town that should stop by and take notes. Dan is always good. Every time.
