I recently had the pleasure of working with Lakeville Homes on a house remodel. From start to finish, the team at Lakeville Homes was amazing, treating the project as if it were their own home. They provided valuable tips and insights along the way, helping us make informed decisions about the remodel. Their staff of project managers and amazing designers kept everything organized and helped me with design choices along the way, making the process smooth and stress-free. Lakeville Homes finished the project on -time and on-budget.
One thing I really appreciated was that Lakeville would remind us of areas of the house that weren’t in our original plans, this really helped us to stay in control of the project! It was also wonderful to have Lakeville involved in the architecture planning stages, as they were able to bring a level of reality to the plans, helping suggest tweaks to the architecture plans that would allow us to achieve our vision AND stay within budget.
During a remodel, there are a LOT of decisions that have to be made along the way. As two working parents, we appreciated Lakeville's ability to quickly learn what mattered to us and provide us with a small list options for all the decisions. For example, when it was time to find a new front door, they provided us with just a handful of options based on what they already knew about our needs and style; so instead of being overwhelmed with choices, we had a concise list of options based on price points and our style; and we could work with them to iterate from there.
