I made an online appointment. Drove from downtown Puyallup to this place since they are open on Saturday. So glad it wasn't a longer trip. So I arrive and respond to their message asking if I've arrived, go inside to find 3 ladies sitting at a table inside the first door. They tell me they will be doing no business on account of the computers being down since they opened this morning. Why allow people to make appointments? They were able to reach my phone with a simple text or call to let me know not to waste my time. Honestly seeing all the positive reviews I will probably give the place another try in the future.
