These guys do the maintenance for the community I live in. They butcher the plants. Don't know how to properly prune them. I do similar work and I can't believe how they do it. It almost looks like a drunk person did it or it was vandalized

They service my son's school and their employees decided to take their smoke break across from the main entrance, in the parking area, but right in the path of children both entering and exiting the school. Rather than just apologize for this faux pas and assure me that they would address the matter, the gentleman who called me back chose to dispute how far away the employees were and that the parking lot isn't technically the school. Regardless of it being the parking lot; it is a parking area for an elementary school, a middle school, a nursery school, AND a church, all of which should have been given the courtesy of NOT gathering to smoke in front of said establishments and their patrons, especially in the path of children entering and exiting! Customer service, courtesy, and respect all go a long way in any industry, even more so one where there are so many competitors to choose from. I personally will not give my patronage where the employees and management do not understand those basics.
