The design team at L&Co has been so amazing to work with! They not only felt immediately like close friends, they helped us make sense of our layout goals in our home and helped with our overall style & direction. With so many home projects ahead in our fixer upper, it was very difficult for me to find my sense of direction & where to begin. I felt frenzied seeing how many options and ideas were on Pinterest. Having Milissa & the team listen and walk me through my likes and dislikes of colors, lighting, styles and flow, we were able to hone in on an aesthetic that fits not only our space but our lifestyle. (Dogs, dirt, outdoorsy life) Although we will chip away at our home projects one at a time, I no longer feel lost and overwhelmed amongst the options of materials, colors and style as we go. I feel secure having partnered with them and I know that moving forward if I find myself needing advice, they’ll be there.

I've been very happy with the past designs and each time, I feel that I have been very flexible thoughout the entire process. The only issue I have is with the response times. I realize everyone is very busy but, not receiving timely responses or not receiving a response at all is not acceptable. They are very quick send a contract and accept my money. Don't get me wrong, they do awesome designs that are cool and top-notch. The only reason four not giving 5 stars is due to the reponse time to inquiries.
