Inga is amazing! I have repeatedly used her for her keen design eye, efficiency, attention to detail, and superior customer service. She has saved me from making poor interior design choices. She also cares about proper installation and not just making the sale. She is a rare gem in her post-sale follow up and overall customer care. The company also stands behind their products and will replace any defects very quickly.

Meeting Inga Lizbanova at this store 5 years ago was one of the best improvements to my general contracting business and don't know how I would do it without her. She introduced me to this concept of a "lighting consultant" and I was amazed at how much value this adds for my clients. Without hesitation, she came to the job site and walked through each room with the client with tablet in hand as she shows them choices. With her background of 10 years in Real Estate and over 20 yrs in Interior Design, she asks all the right questions and immediately understands the client's desire. She measures the space all while getting a great feel for the client's style and budget. She sits with the clients and suggests various choices for the client to choose and can even take payment for the lights on site. Who knew this service even existed?? and it's FREE! Inga has been an incredible resource for me helping order hundreds of fixtures and light bulbs and replacement pieces as we sometimes do make mistakes on the job sites. She has made herself always available to me (even on her day off) and always getting me out of binds. I am loyal to this store as Inga has been loyal to my company. I appreciate her and Lamps Plus for offering her on-site consulting services. Thank you!
