Roberto provided excellent customer service. He is very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating. I bought a pair of table lamps. One of the lamp shades had a flaw and had to be replaced. He ordered a replacement and had it sent to my house. The other shade also had a flaw. Roberto immediately ordered a replacement. I highly recommend Lamps Plus and specifically Roberto.

Great customer service! Trying to get just the right table lamps for our bedroom has been a challenge, but the team in Rancho Mirage has been really good about making suggestions, accepting exchanges, and arranging for pickups when the lamps I wanted were not in stock. They even helped me replace an outdoor bulb, saving me another trip to the hardware store. Everyone -- particularly Robert, Lasaro, & Steve -- has been helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I love this location! It’s so nice and big with so many beautiful options to choose from. My mother was looking for a lamp fixture and a chandelier. I was greeted immediately by Paola and she definitely has knowledge about each product in which I LOVED because that’s what helped my mother and I decide on what we wanted. Give Paola a RAISE! She’s truly a STAR!!!!!
