The most excellent retail experience all the way around. I purchased a floor lamp online and could not get it to stand straight. Called the store and the manager, Rod Hawkins, told me to bring it in and they would try to fix it. And if not, would get me a new one, assemble it at the store and all would be good. Their amazing assembly person fixed the lamp and I am one happy customer. Highly recommend this store and if you need help just reach out to Rod - he's the best.

I was bummed to see the one on LaBrea close but am very relieved to report that this store more than makes up for it! Very easy to park (not always a given) and the store is very well laid out. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable -- I worked with Ada to replace a broken fixture and she was able to help me get a replacement within literally an hour of my calling! Totally saved the day -- had the piece waiting for me when I walked in, truly could not have been easier.
This is a good store to check out, they have a great inventory, seem to have sales pretty often and, like I said, have a nice staff that are eager to help.
