Lamps Plus has always been my happy place since Forever! I stop-in about 2-3× a week and I always leave with something in hand. On the days I drop in, I'm always met with exceptionally helpful staff. Everyone is willing to jump in to help on questions about the products, help in wrapping items and just about anything that pops in mind, you can count on literally everyone at the North Hollywood store. You are also guided through your purchase process whether in store or looking things up in the computer. One of the most exceptionally knowledgeable and ultra helpful sales staff is Ms. Ana Guardado. She greets you with the most friendly smile and soft spoken demeanor and spends time with you without making you feel rushed. She personally assists in looking for items in the store's warehouse, informs of sales and new items that have come in without having to exhaust or navigate through the store by yourself. Ana makes you feel at ease and responds with accuracy on product specs. Ana is a gem to work with. I have purchased several items with the help of Ms. Ana Guardado and have been happy with her amazing assistance and product knowledge. Ask for her the next time you're in store.

This is our second experience here at this Lamps Plus location and I just had to finally leave a review. Everyone on staff today was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. Ana helped answer all of our questions, she was so attentive and kind - and she helped us find two new lamps that we are SOOOO excited about. I never thought I’d be loyal to a lamp store, but I am now! Thanks, Ana!!!
