Ms. Gloria Xiao just helped me to purchase my dream home! She is a very hard working, friendly, well connected, and full of life woman as well as very knowledgeable about the current housing markets. She is super responsive; she always replied to my texts and took my phone calls right away. When she was not available at the time, she made sure to let me know at once and get back to me shortly after. In my case, she even help to pay for some of my closing cost and a professional cleaning service to clean my new home, unbelievable! Probably the BEST realtor we have ever met and we know more than a few!! Gloria knows her market and her customer , and best she handles and is more than on top of everything from staging to getting the job done ...and quick . She doesn't mess around !
