Never order Lancome items as a gift ever! Im disappointed with their customer services. I have received a sample of the Idole perfume and was in love with the smell, so I decided to gift it to my friend. However, this whole experience was a nightmare. I ordered 2 items: this perfume, and another mascara at the same time. After waiting 23 days, only the small, cheaper mascara came to my friend's house first. That's a nightmare because: 1. I don't want my friend to receive only the mascara and think that is the only one I gave her. If they shipped it partially, they should have noticed customers first. The reason is They don't divide normal orders and gift orders, so they ship partially, that is a dead point for their services. Believe me, don't order from Lancome if you don't want your gift receiver to only receive half of the items you want to gift.
Another worst thing is they don't let me publish this review on their website because it's 1* for their services(see the picture).
