If I could give a 0 star I would. The lender in Shreveport Louisiana Tricia kept lying to us the entire process. Had to call the corporate office to find out what was going on. The closing happened two weeks late. If she just would have communicated what was going on it would have been okay. But she kept saying “we are close hopefully tomorrow”. Well that was not the case. Then there was Adam who is in Florida who had his hand in the pot which almost busted the deal. In 28 years of being in real estate I would never ever recommend this company for your lending needs. They don’t get along within their company which means how will they work for you. Find another lender

Betty's knowledge of VA and Conventional Loans is outstanding. My wife and I absolutely valued her trustworthiness and insight throughout the loan process. Furthermore, she went above and beyond with her communication. She always responded to my texts, calls and emails within short timeframe. Would absolutely work with Betty again, and will definitely recommend her to family and friends!

When the whole process started of buying our first home, Alissa helped make us feel like everything would be okay. We trusted her to find the loan that worked best for us and let me tell you, she never made us question if this was the right thing or not. She offered her advice and comfort in ways I didn't expect working with a lender. She truly wants what's best for you and is on your side 100%. Thank you SO much, you've been amazing! Highly recommend LHFS. Lisa has also been very helpful and encouraging us at becoming the best home owners we can be. Giving us tips on when to begin setting up utilities and mail, to checking in and seeing how things are going and if we have any questions. THANK YOU!!!
