These guys are special. SO happy we chose Rener and crew for our new siding. Rener went above/beyond to help me understand the process, materials and cost, and I have literally never seen a team work as hard to finish a job as quickly and perfectly. I work from home- it was common to see them show up well before 9 and actually work sometimes until after 7. They installed new sconces, a new side door and there were literally no unexpected costs. Just fair and honest business, and well below the other bid we got. With the new landscaping we had previously done I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Just. Wow.

After the June 28th, 2021 heatwave my vinyl siding warped beyond all recognition and I knew I had couldn't put it off a replacement any longer. I called Landmark in September requesting a Hardie Panel replacement and they were doing work in November. Took about five business days for them to get all of the siding done even in heavy rain. These photos were taken the same day they were installed (one of the photos shows a bare wall which they covered the next day). Lifetime warranty on the siding so I won't have to worry about the siding ever again. When the roof needs replacement I'll make sure to go to Landmark since the siding was so well done. You would never know this house was built in 1930, it looks brand new now. Can't recommend this company enough, they do a great job!

Landmark did a great job! Our roof was ~20 years old and had started to slightly leak, so was time for new shingles. In addition, we got new gutters too. Landmark did an excellent job, roof looks perfect, vents are all a nice black color, edging is really nice! They did a great job cleaning up too, only noticed a couple small slivers of old trimming (like 1" pieces). Would highly recommend! They got our roof done super fast too, and they were cheaper than the other estimate we got!
