Good haircuts for a reasonable price, but the BIG DOWNSIDE is that this business, not the most reliable one. The working hours of the salon are subject to the change based on the whatever. If you decide to stop by for haircut 50% chance that Solon is not open. Just to clear things up, walk-in's are welcome, at least the sign says so. The other aspect is poor communication. It is difficult to get hold of the stylist for any inquiries. Once you get hold of her, it does not guarantee that she follows her promises and take you in when agreed. The bottom line is if you don't have time to beg Lan to grant her services to you, find another stylist. By the way, she will tell you this as well, although, after she puts you through a long wait.
Just took my son in for his back to school haircut. He was nervous because his last experience at super cute was awful. Lan did an amazing job. She asked my son questions and confirmed his answers as she cut his hair. It looks great. And most importantly, my son loves his haircut.
