My brand-new dress was no longer white and had a stain on the collar. It was fixed, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. No compensation or apology was offered.

My wife’s experience at Lapels was very disappointing, the girl that assisted me was rude and unpolite. The dress that I took to be dry cleaned was washed , when it only was to be dry cleaned. The lady mentioned it was done to supposedly remove the stains , that were unsuccessfully not even removed.. As consequence, the dress that she had bought for $180.00 it shrink, does not fit anymore. The texture of the fabric also change , does not look the same. On top of that she had to pay for the lack of service, just unbelievable.!😱 Will never go back there again , and absolutely will not recommend this place.

They did an expedited clean and press on my dress uniform. Were extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. Will definitely use them again.
