I did not receive any text message and I was waiting outside for more than 10 minutes, meanwhile people were going in and out In groups. I finally stepped inside while the lady on front of me was scheduling an appointment in person. I told the front desk about my appointment and she then got back to me after 4 minutes that my stylist is running behind by 2hours and I should come back at 2:00pm. The front desk lady is not following their own instructions written outside on the board to strictly schedule an appointment online or on phone. It is written to wait for a text from stylist outside and not to stand inside but none of these institutions are followed and you never receive the text. Also saw a group of three ladies walked in to drop one lady for the cut and no one is monitoring social distancing. Please do not be so careless when the cases are going up, you will be responsible and impacted if we go back to phase 1.
