Tired hotel, nice enough but tired. Keys cards don't work, soap dispensers in shower not filled, uninspired receptionists, but large suite that was comfortable. Room smelled like someone before had cooked in the kitchenette. I imagine this hotel is chosen due to proximity to water park.

We used as base for a water rafting trip to the American river.
Is located across a Waterpark.
Rooms are ample, and they provide a grab bag breakfast.
It needs upgrading, but it is a fair value for the price

Beds were very hard. 2 of my coworkers said their beds were also uncomfortable. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, nice kitchen although there isn't an oven. Beds were the only issue I had here.
