Every six months my policy gets a hike. They won't give a reason, just conveniently tack on a hike and when you ask why they lie straight to my face. I have no citations. My vehicle is well protected. Very (extremely) low milage. I pay well before due date. My only fault is my vehicle is old, but in excellent condition. I've come to the conclusion I'm being profiled. Very irritated with this company. Almost paying a 100 bucks a month for having a clean driving record is insane!!! But worse to me is the bold face lies. Hiking my rate every six months is not doing their best to provide me with a great rate. I have two 90 y/o neighbors with State Farm who only pay 70 a month. So I have to believe this is a Larry Hall greed issue. Perhaps if I were wealthy my rated would be less. Maybe I wouldn't be lied to. Maybe they'd have the decency to address my issues rather than pawn me off on their two reps who never ever have a solid answer for me. So frustrating. Would NOT recommend Larry Hall State Farm.

My experience with Larry Hall Insurance has been nothing short of outstanding. Both Larry and his staff have shown me the true meaning of what customer service should look like. He reviewed my auto and life insurance, and not only saved me money but I received better coverage as well. I Highly recommend Larry Hall Insurance to anyone looking for a great value and outstanding coverage....5 years later now, Larry and his team are still exemplary and I am getting a huge increase of available cash value on my universal life insurance policy! I recommend asking him about it.
