We definitely won't be back. Extremely high diagnostic costs, super inflated parts costs (100% markup from consumer prices!), and they failed basic due diligence in my opinion.
Had issues with our truck stalling, so they replaced the ECU ($600 with labor, on a common 2001 vehicle) without performing any other testing. The truck still has the same exact issues, and now it has new issues as well. I was told on the phone that I will be charged another $150 dollar diagnostic fee if it's not related to the ECU they installed. Meaning, they will charge me to diagnose (not fix, just to LOOK AT) the actual issue that's been causing this - that they originally missed.
There's no way I will return here.
