It certainly was a great experience. Nate and Chris and the rest of the staff are very professional and courteous and make a person feel welcome and appreciated. And the Larson difference is not just a sales tactic, that is a great program and a customer is aware of the difference because the program is being followed by the staff. Very noticeable difference indeed and that separates Larson from the others. I have over 25 years of customer service experience and that is what I am basing my comments on. Once again, thank you Larson.
Be aware of FRAUDS especially in financial office at this dealership .
They will add unwanted add ons ( warranties … etc ) . They changed the 60 months finance plan to 72 while I was relying on their valued business and signed the paperwork.
It is more than 3 months I have requested the powertrain warranty cancellation but they don’t want to process the cancellation , I have decided to call or walk in one more time if they cancel it , if not My second call will be to the State Attorney office and file a police report ( cause they are not intended to proceed with my legal request) . After you make a deal here you will be ignored next time you show up there or go for your vehicle to be serviced.
When calling to LARSON customer service they say “ we will try to contact the right person and let you know) but it is more than 3 months they try to ignore and disregard my cancellation request.
I really don’t recommend this dealership.
